POLICIES 

We do not do refills from other salons, booking with SoLash'd will require a removal of old lashes and a new set by one of our artists.


We do not permit children under the age of 10 years old on the main floor of the salon.

In the event that you need to bring a child we can accommodate you in our private room. The private room must be booked in advance by calling the salon and there is a convenience fee of $20 in addition to your service fee.

If you must bring a child of any age please be sure to pack headphones for their entertainment device of choice!

CANCELLATIONS

We all do at some point, so we get it; however, please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, a $10 late fee will be applied to your bill.​

Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged half of the service amount. “No call, no shows” will be charged 100% of the service amount.  Once services are rendered, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
